Who is Spa Flow for?
Independent spa owners and the managers who handle customers, treatments, staff earnings and daily collections. Each spa has its own private workspace.
Can I try it before setting up my spa?
Yes. Open the interactive demo to explore a complete workspace with fictional customers and treatments. Demo changes reset when you reload.
Can my managers use the same workspace?
Yes. The workspace owner can authorise managers by email. Each manager signs in with their own account to access the same spa records.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Spa Flow works in a mobile browser and can be added to your home screen. An internet connection is needed to see current records and save changes.
What does the earnings view include?
Collections, staff earnings, spa earnings, recorded staff payouts and monthly rent. Profit deducts staff earnings and rent; it does not include other expenses or taxes.
Does it automatically sync calls or book appointments?
You can import an Android call-log CSV and match callers with customers. Automatic phone sync and appointment scheduling are not currently included.
